What you're buying. The MailMedic Rescue Kit is a one-time purchase, per domain: a deliverability diagnosis, fix instructions, a compliance checklist, and email list cleaning for up to 10,000 addresses per clean. It is delivered instantly as a private link.
What we don't promise. Inbox placement depends on factors outside DNS and list hygiene (content, engagement, sending history). We fix the authentication and hygiene layer; we can't guarantee any specific inbox rate.
Fair use. One kit covers one sending domain. Re-scans are unlimited within reason. List cleaning is for lists you lawfully own or manage — no purchased, scraped, or third-party lists.
Refunds. If the kit gives you nothing actionable, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
Liability. Service is provided as-is; our total liability is capped at the price you paid.
